These scriptures to pray when you need peace in your life will come in handy on those days of overwhelm and stress. We all have those days and seasons as moms. Use them to strengthen you and to remind you that God is with you.
Going through rough times and seasons is a normal part of life. In actuality, being a born again believer of Christ Jesus means that life just got a little harder because the enemy will try even harder to take you down.
Don’t fret though! We have so many tools in our arsenal to fight back against those attacks! So even when life seems harder as a Christian on the outside, we can have peace on the inside knowing and trusting that all will be ok.
These 10 scriptures will help remind you and ground you in the word of God, who is the author of peace himself. Use them daily through tough times and allow them to firmly plant your feet on the Rock.

Use these in your prayer time or just meditate on them daily. You can also write them down and tape them up all throughout your home or on the dash of your car just to ground you in those quick moments of losing yourself to your fleshly nature.
Our flesh will always want to rebel against the Word but we must stand strong in the Spirit. Hold your ground and speak the word of life over yourself and your situation!
In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe.
Psalm 4:8
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
Isaiah 26:3
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
2 Thessalonians 3:16
The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.

His peace is available. All we have to do is walk by the Spirit in all things and have complete trust in Him, our creator God.
When we do this, all the anxiety will fall. You must lay your cares at the feet of Jesus in order for this to happen.
Show your children how mama finds peace. How she seeks Jesus when she’s going through a tough season or battling the enemy.
He is where the peace is.
